We all can agree that the best idea is cooking at home. You can control how much and what type of ingredients are going into your dishes to make the healthiest choices.

An air fryer is very useful if you enjoy eating fried food. Food cooked in an air fryer is a much healthier option than frying in oil. An air fryer utilizes hot air to cook the food, adding no excess calories to the dish itself.

Set the timer to 8 hours by the time you wake up it will ready to eat. I use a rice cooker to steam my rice.

A panini press or quesadilla maker can help you get some good variations to your lunch or dinner. I use some leftovers or precooked deli meats to make an easy meal.

You can add some shredded cheese like mozzarella, swiss or pepper jack. Then add some peppers, such as chopped jalapenos, to spice up things. Fresh cilantro and lemon juice can be added to take your creation to the next level. The addition of sour cream will boost the flavor profile and cool down the spiciness of the peppers. Bell peppers of different colors can be used to add more color and variation.

Pressure cookers are convenient to make soups and curry. Spinach and green mustard leaf cooked together with spices such as ginger, garlic, and some chopped jalapenos. You should also consider adding pure Ghee, as it is good for the body. Adding yellow corn flour will make the recipe thicker, but do not overdo it. Continue to stir while you add the corn flour. Enjoy with a flatbread, such as roti or naan.
